Come join us at our monthly pasta making workshop at Billies Main Ridge Dairy

Join Warwick Beard, founder of Wazza’s kitchen, for a two and a half hour guided pasta making session, hosted at Billies Main Ridge Dairy.

Main Ridge Dairy goat cheese meets classic Italian pasta recipes, including three-cheese ravioli, spaghetti carbonara and more. Perfect for a group or come solo and join in this fun and delicious workshop.

Soak up the surrounds whilst you sip on local wines, taste a selection of our delicious handcrafted cheeses, learn how to make pasta from scratch, chat with our talented cheesemaker and enjoy lunch, made by you!

Warwick Beard, founder of Wazza’s Kitchen, is a retired school principal who has a lifelong passion for food, cooking and fresh produce.

Over the years, Warwick has taught many friends and family how to cook and prepare tasty and delicious meals, taking this to a new level in retirement by teaching hundreds of people how to make delicious foods from scratch.

Homemade pasta is a favourite, and Warwick has delighted in exploring the delicious flavours when Main Ridge Dairy goats cheese meets classic Italian pasta recipes.
